Quinoa- rise of an ancient grain...

My recent article about the surge in popularity of this once neglected grain. It gets 10/10 for versatility in my book- I just dare you to try it next time you think about using rice, cous cous or cracked wheat.

And........available in so many colours! I simply love this wondergrain mostly because it is not light, nutty and has amazing texture. I hope it is embraced in all it's varieties by growers and consumers!
